From gin tasting to learning to craft your very own unique gin. It’s all possible in our Castle Gin School & Distillery!
The Castle at Edgehill, part of the Freespirit Pub Family overlooks the site of the 1642 Battle of Edgehill. It features a tower built a century later after the battle by Sanderson Miller, marking where King Charles I raised his standard. Perched at the very top of the tower is the Castle Gin School, where you can craft your own gin using a mini copper still and a selection of botanicals—or bring your own—then bottle and label your creation. They also offer shorter tasting sessions to sample the full range of Pinnock Distillery spirits.
